the room was darkened
and we warmed up slowly.
the fast-paced, intense music came on
and my heart rate started to climb.
by the 20-minute mark
i had sweat running down my forehead
and off the tip of my nose.
we climbed hills and sprinted through mud.
my legs were the perfect combination of
pain & strength
and i pushed as hard as i could right to the end.
afterwards,
i felt like a superwoman.
i can do anything.
i love spin class.
